Farzad Nesahat — Founder & Principal Consultant
With more than two decades of experience in English language education, academic leadership, assessment, and teacher development, I established Education Remedy to provide practical, informed, and quality-focused support to education providers, teachers, and international partners.
My professional background spans English language teaching, ELICOS academic management, curriculum and assessment design, teacher development, quality assurance, international examinations, and education partnerships. Over the years, I have worked across a wide range of English language programmes and proficiency levels, while also leading academic teams and contributing to the development of systems, policies, assessments, and quality processes.
A significant part of my work has focused on improving academic quality and ensuring that education programmes are both effective and sustainable. This has included supporting compliance and quality-assurance processes, developing placement and progress assessments, facilitating moderation and validation, designing professional development, and working with internationally recognised English language examinations.
Through Education Remedy, my aim is to bring this experience together in a practical consultancy model—helping organisations strengthen their programmes, support their teaching teams, improve assessment practices, and develop new education opportunities in Australia and internationally.
